The modern workplace has undergone a profound shift.   • Promote Work-Life Balance: Avoid burnout by setting boundaries on meetings and encouraging employees to take breaks.

Hybrid teams require structured collaboration strategies to ensure remote and in-office employees work effectively together. Key approaches include:
